Physical Therapist or Physical Therapist Assistant

Renewal Rehab seeks a compassionate Physical Therapist Assistant to provide evidence-based therapy services for seniors in skilled nursing and post-acute settings. Working under the direction of a Physical Therapist, you’ll deliver individual and group treatments, assist with evaluations and care plans, and document services in accordance with regulatory standards. You’ll collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to promote mobility, safety, and functional independence, supported by strong clinical resources, mentorship, and a patient-centered culture focused on quality outcomes and integrity.
