\nCDL-A Company Truck Driver Job Overview

- Strong pay with clear ranges. Earn up to $83,200 per year, with CPM up to $0.62, depending on experience and performance.* \n
- Extra pay that boosts your take-home. Earn a $0.02/mi scheduled raise after 6 months, plus add up to $0.15/mi in per diem (up to $440/week).* \n
- Three-week run cycles. Drivers typically stay out for three weeks, creating longer earning windows and fewer interruptions to weekly mileage. \n
- Freight that keeps you moving. Run 100% no-touch dry van freight, with 60% drop & hook and $20 stop pay (excluding first and last delivery). \n
- Paid to get rolling. Start strong with a $1,500 sign-on bonus and $500 paid orientation.* \n

Please note that all pay & bonus amounts may vary by job type, location, experience level, and performance and are subject to change based on company discretion. Base CPM range is 52-62.
