We are seeking a friendly and positive team member to join our privately owned dental practice in El Reno! This role will focus on helping patients understand their dental benefits, keeping insurance information organized, and supporting a smooth front office experience. If you enjoy helping people feel comfortable and cared for, this may be a great fit for you.
What we are looking for: We are looking for someone patients feel comfortable with quickly. This role fits a person who brings good energy to the day and enjoys helping people. Dental insurance will be a large part of the position, but we are willing to teach the right person. What matters most is that you are reliable, kind, easy to work with, and willing to learn. We hope to find someone who wants to grow with our office, and become part of a team that cares deeply about our patients.
Responsibilities:
- Work closely with patients and the clinical team to support a smooth experience
- Help patients understand their insurance benefits and financial responsibilities.
- Verify insurance coverage and assist with insurance-related questions
- Prepare financial work ups for treatment needs
Requirements:
- Professional, friendly, and dependable
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Comfortable learning new systems and technology
- Able to work well as part of a team
- Committed to providing an exceptional patient experience
- Administrative experience in medical, dental, or related field strongly preferred
- High level of integrity and strict adherence to patient privacy regulations and ethical standards.
