Ecommerce Coordinator

We are seeking a Ecommerce Coordinator/Digital Merchandiser to support the development and ongoing optimization of an online product catalog. This role blends strategic product management with hands‑on web merchandising and is ideal for someone with strong analytical skills, e‑commerce experience, and a sharp eye for customer experience. Responsibilities Manage and maintain the online product catalog, ensuring product information is accurate, optimized, and customer-friendly. Execute web merchandising strategies to improve product visibility and drive conversion. Partner with cross‑functional teams including marketing, design, and product to support launches, promotions, and site updates. Monitor product performance, site traffic, and engagement metrics to identify opportunities for optimization. Apply UX/UI best practices to improve the online shopping experience. Coordinate with inventory and supply chain teams to align product availability with business needs. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. 3+ years of site merchandising experience in a direct‑to‑consumer environment. Experience with Shopify Plus. Experience with on‑site search tools such as Algolia, Klevu, or SearchSpring. Strong analytical skills and experience with tools such as Google Analytics.
