Serve as the primary point of contact for all customer support, pricing, and account-related needs. Accountabilities/ Key Result Areas Generate new customer accounts by working closely with the KYC and Credit teams to complete onboarding, including credit approval, loading number setup, and terminal access. Monitor and respond to rack pricing movements. Work with trader to manage supply as needed and quickly move supply when needed. Conduct customer visits and attend industry conferences to build relationships and drive new business opportunities. Performance Behaviours Self-motivated Goal oriented Able to balance new customers while managing existing accounts Highly responsive to customer inquiries, pricing needs, and operational issues Skills and Experience Experience in rack fuel sales or petroleum marketing Success in generating new businesses, self-starter and goal oriented. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build lasting customer relationships Comfortable working independently while working with the team.
