HR AssistantJob location: Tampa, FL Duration: 03 monthAdministration for US Domestic Lump Sums: Receive SNOW requests from HR or Recruiter and initiate Cartus to process US domestic lump sums.Creating Workday Confidential requisitionsPrepares cost projections or relocation estimates for HR and/or MS review.Receives approval documentation and completes final authorization process for mobility casesResponsible for inputs and updates to Mobility specific systems (e.g., Workday, ServiceNow and PwC MyMobility)Update MyMobility MilestonesWorkday and MyMobility ReportingCreate MyMobility tile and run cost projections from the Mobility intake formAbility to multi task and prioritise workload at all timesThorough attention to detailAbility to work on own initiativeStrong team playerPossess a satisfactory level of Business acumenConfident, calm and focused mannerData Entry SkillsAdvanced MS, Excel and PowerPoint skills.
