Job Description As the Preconstruction Manager, you will analyze plans and specifications, perform accurate quantity takeoffs, build detailed estimates, and assemble complete bid packages while coordinating subcontractor and supplier pricing to ensure no scope is missed. You will generate RFIs, identify risks, and elevate issues before submission, maintain organized files and estimating systems, prepare bid and handoff documentation, assist with change order pricing, and support field teams. You will play a key role in delivering successful projects from concept through execution. This is a full-time role with an average schedule of approximately 45 hours per week.
