OSP Project Manager

Job Description The Data Center OSP Project Manager leads and coordinates outside plant fiber construction projects within large‑scale data center environments. This role is responsible for guiding field operations from planning through closeout, ensuring projects are executed safely, on schedule, and within approved financial targets. The Project Manager acts as the central point of accountability for crews, vendors, customers, and internal stakeholders. Success in this position requires a strong understanding of fiber and low‑voltage systems, the ability to manage multiple workstreams, and a hands‑on leadership style that supports both operational performance and team development. In addition to managing construction activities, the role involves oversight of documentation, cost control, scope management, and customer collaboration to deliver high‑quality results and long‑term value.
