Qualifications / Job Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of MRI technologist experience required (clinical MRI experience preferred)
  
• Valid MRI license or state registration
  
• ARRT (MR) certification or equivalent preferred
  
• BLS certification (AHA) required
  
• Proficiency with GE Signa Artist 1.5T MRI equipment
  
• Familiarity with Meditech and Centricity PACS documentation systems
  

Responsibilities

• Perform standard and advanced MRI procedures and scans for hospital patients (Magnetic Resonance Imaging)
  
• Operate, troubleshoot, and maintain MRI equipment (Signa Artist 1.5T) to ensure image quality and patient safety
  
• Document patient information, scan protocols, and results accurately using Meditech and Centricity PACS
  
• Collaborate with radiologists, technologists, and clinical staff to deliver high-quality imaging and patient-centered care
  
• Ensure compliance with hospital policies, MRI safety protocols, and infection control standards
  
• Participate in rotating on-call schedule as needed
