VOLUNTEER Coach - Volleyball

Benefits: Free food & snacks We are looking for a few high-energy folks to help with our current summer league. We play on Sundays from 3pm-5pm. This includes a 1-hour practice followed by 1 hour of games. You must have a love for the sport and enjoy helping others learn and develop. During practice, you will run drills provided for you, and during games, you will manage the rotation and cheer on your team. We prioritize FUN! The Volunteer Coach is responsible for delivering the i9 Sports Experience and fostering a positive youth sports culture on the court or field. Responsibilities Lead practice sessions focusing on fundamentals, skill development, and fun. Weekly practice plans are provided to keep sessions structured. Teach & demonstrate core concepts including sportsmanship values. Communicate game day information to players and parents using established platforms. Consistently demonstrate a positive attitude and excellent customer service skills. Qualifications Excellent communication skills Sports-specific coaching experience & knowledge Highly motivated self-starter; able to work independently Ability to work a varied schedule including weekends and some evenings (for the full season, approximately 7 weeks) Ensure you opt-in to texting for outreach purposes.
