IT Helpdesk Support — Onsite, After Hours, Stock Options

Halo Industries, Inc. is seeking a motivated IT Helpdesk Support to join our onsite IT team in Santa Clara, CA. You will provide first-line technical support to users, resolve IT issues, assist with onboarding and offboarding, and escalate complex problems to specialist teams as needed. The ideal candidate has experience with Windows and macOS, Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, basic networking, and ticketing systems.
