Warehouse Order Fulfillment Specialist

Key Responsibilities

• Order Fulfillment: Accurately pick, pack, and label orders for shipment according to company standards and customer requirements.
• Material Handling: Move materials and items from receiving or production areas to designated storage or shipping areas.
• Facility Maintenance: Sweep, organize, and remove debris (like empty boxes and shrink wrap) to maintain a clean, safe, and hazard-free work environment.
• Safety Compliance: Strictly adhere to all safety protocols, OSHA guidelines, and company policies, ensuring personal protective equipment (PPE) is worn when required.

Requirements and Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
• Previous experience in a warehouse, fulfillment center, or general labor role is preferred but not required (we will train the right candidate).
• Familiarity with basic warehouse equipment (e.g., hand trucks, pallet jacks, RF scanners) is a plus.
• Excellent time-management skills and a track record of reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

Physical Demands

• Ability to frequently lift, carry, push, and pull up to [e.g., 50 pounds].
• Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods (typically 810 hours per shift).
• Frequent bending, kneeling, reaching, and stooping.
• Comfortable working in a warehouse environment that may experience fluctuations in temperature and noise levels.

Compensation / Pay Rate (Up to): $18.00 - $18.00 Per Hour
