Job Opportunity: Occupational Therapist

We are looking for a dedicated Occupational Therapist to become a part of our Healthcare & Medical Services team in Texas. This position is based in a hospital setting and involves a variety of responsibilities aimed at enhancing patient care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate patients' functional capabilities and needs.
• Create and implement evidence-based treatment strategies.
• Provide empathetic, goal-oriented therapy to enhance daily living skills and promote independence.
• Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Maintain accurate documentation in the Electronic Health Record (EHR).
• Educate patients and their families about treatment plans and progress.
• Assist in facilitating safe patient discharges.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Relevant degree in Occupational Therapy.
• State licensure or eligibility for licensure as an Occupational Therapist.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively within a team environment.
