Join the team at Whaling City Ford as a Quick Lube Technician in New London, CT. In this role, you will provide fast, reliable oil change and vehicle maintenance services to our valued customers, helping keep their vehicles running smoothly and efficiently.
Responsibilities- Inspect vehicles for potential problems and communicate any additional service needs to the service advisor.
- Ensure cleanliness and organization of the work area and tools.
- Provide excellent customer service by engaging professionally with customers and answering basic mechanical questions.
- Follow all safety procedures and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment.
- Previous experience in automotive maintenance or quick lube services preferred.
- Basic mechanical knowledge and understanding of automotive systems.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to stand and work on your feet throughout the shift.
- Competitive hourly wage of $17.00 to $20.00, paid weekly.
