HVAC Commercial Maintenance Sales - Account Executive

J.F. Sobieski Mechanical Contractors, Inc. is an $100-million mechanical contracting company that serves Delaware, South Eastern PA, NJ, Richmond, Virginia, and Maryland markets. We do residential and commercial installations of HVAC, plumbing, sheet metal, and fire protection. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES FOR THE HVAC COMMERCIAL MAINTENANCE SALES POSITION
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the commercial HVAC market.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and new prospects, ensuring their HVAC needs are met.
- Must be comfortable prospecting through cold calling.
- Prepare and present project proposals, quotes, and service agreements.
- Collaborate with the engineering and installation teams to ensure project specifications are met.
- Conduct site visits to assess client needs and provide tailored HVAC solutions.
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to the company's growth objectives.
- Stay updated with industry trends, new products, and competitive landscape.
QUALIFICATIONS FOR THE HVAC COMMERCIAL MAINTENANCE SALES POSITION
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in HVAC sales, specifically in the commercial sector.
- Proven track record of successful sales and client relationship management.
- Strong technical knowledge of HVAC systems and solutions.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel as needed.

WORK SCHEDULE
This full-time Sales position typically works 8 hour-shifts Monday - Friday but hours may vary based on business needs.
