We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Software Developer with a strong background in Weblogic administration to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have 7-10 years of experience in software development, with a proven track record of delivering high quality applications. This role requires a deep understanding of Weblogic server management and the ability to integrate it effectively within our software solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain robust software applications using industry best practices.
• Administer and manage Weblogic servers, ensuring optimal performance and reliability.
• Collaborate with cross functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines to streamline deployment processes.
• Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Weblogic and application performance.
• Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends to enhance our software solutions.
• Document technical specifications, processes, and procedures for future reference.

Mandatory Skills:

• Strong expertise in Weblogic administration, including installation, configuration, and troubleshooting.
• Proficient in Java and related frameworks (e.g., Spring, Hibernate).
• Experience with web technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and RESTful APIs.
• Solid understanding of database management systems (e.g., Oracle, MySQL).
• Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git).
• Excellent problem solving skills and attention to detail.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure).
• Knowledge of containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management tools (e.g., JIRA).
• Experience in performance tuning and optimization of Weblogic applications.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 7-10 years of experience in software development with a focus on Weblogic administration.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a remote work environment.
