Key Responsibilities of the RN PICU

• Provide high acuity pediatric intensive care
• Manage respiratory, trauma, and complex medical conditions
• Administer vasoactive drips and manage invasive lines
• Utilize and manage advanced medical devices
• Ensure precise documentation within EPIC EMR
• Float to Pediatric CVICU, NICU as needed

Requirements of the RN PICU

• Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Basic Life Support (BLS) and Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certifications
• 2 years of strong high acuity Pediatric ICU experience
• Experience with EPIC, critical care equipment, and procedures
