Staff Pharmacist Opportunity
Soliant is seeking Staff Pharmacist for a rehab hospital pharmacy located in the greater Sacramento, CA area. This opportunity is perfect for candidates who are looking for smaller, slow-paced hospital settings.
Position Details:
- Start Date: ASAP
- Duration: 13 weeks (contract-to-hire)
- Shifts: Mon-Fri; day shifts
Requirements:
- California Pharmacist License: Must be active and in hand at time of submission firm requirement
- Must have minimum 1-2 years of inpatient experience
Responsibilities:
- Medication Order Review, Medication Dispensing, Medication Reconciliation
- Clinical Pharmacy Services
- Patient Safety, Patient & Healthcare Staff Education
- Dose Adjustment & Monitoring
- Documentation & Reporting
- Supervise Technicians
- Compliance with Regulations
