Position: Thermal Spray Operator- 2nd Shift Location: Cincinnati, OH Job Id: 827 # of Openings: 2 What You’ll Do: As a Thermal Spray Operator , you’ll be hands‑on in our core process—applying advanced coatings that protect and enhance critical components. You’ll: Operate and become certified in Combustion, Plasma, HVOF (High Velocity Oxy‑Fuel), and/or Electric Arc thermal spray systems Follow technical drawings, blueprints, and process plans to ensure precision and quality Maintain a safe and clean work environment Perform additional production tasks as needed What We’re Looking For: 18+ years of age High School Diploma or GED Must be a U.S. Person under ITAR/EAR (able to provide a U.S. passport, birth certificate, green card, or naturalization certificate) Able to pass a background check and DOT drug screening Strong mechanical aptitude and a commitment to doing things right the first time Ability to work one of the following shifts. Please indicate which shift you are applying for: 2nd Shift (Mon-Fri, 3PM-11:30PM) 2nd Shift Steel (Mon-Thurs, 3PM-1:30AM) Note: Training will likely take place Mon-Thurs during 1st shift hours.
