Compensation Manager

Lead and execute job analyses for all organizational roles Develop and assess job descriptions, benchmark salaries, and recommend compensation adjustments Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and organization policies Collaborate with the department Director, People Services Leadership, and other stakeholders Implement compensation structures aligned with company objectives and market trends Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Data Analytics, or a related field, or 2 years of equivalent work experience Three to five (3-5) years of experience in managing job descriptions and compensation Experience and proficiency in interpreting large sets of compensation data, trends, and performance metrics Advanced skills in Excel administration and spreadsheet preparation Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) or industry-related certification (PHR/SPHR, SHRM-CP/SCP) preferred Ability to travel up to 10% in the performance of job duties Core Competencies Demonstrates expertise in job analysis, compensation management, and compliance with regulations. Proficient in data interpretation and advanced Excel skills to support compensation strategies aligned with organizational goals. #J-18808-Ljbffr
