Revenue Cycle Instructional Designer

Responsibilities Conduct training needs assessments to identify skill gaps and tailor solutions that align with business objectives. Collaborate with management and subject matter experts to design solutions that meet operational goals. Drive adoption during new system implementations and process changes. Create engaging learning content and programs to improve Revenue Cycle performance, including leadership development and team‑building initiatives. Apply adult learning principles to create impactful experiences and stay ahead of learning trends. Monitor learner progress, conduct post‑training evaluations, and continuously refine curricula using best practices and emerging technologies. Qualifications Master’s degree preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience. Minimum of 3 years of instructional design, training, or education—preferably within Revenue Cycle or healthcare operations. Strong knowledge of adult learning principles. Expertise in instructional design and curriculum development. Excellent communication skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and adapt to evolving priorities.
