Electrical Superintendent

Scion Staffing has been engaged to conduct a search for an Electrical Superintendent for a leading renewable energy construction client. This is an onsite opportunity based in Shawboro, North Carolina , supporting utility-scale solar projects. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced field leader who thrives in fast-paced construction environments and is passionate about delivering large-scale renewable energy projects safely and efficiently. POSITION OVERVIEW The Electrical Superintendent will provide onsite leadership for utility-scale solar construction projects, overseeing electrical installation activities, subcontractors, field crews, and project execution. This role is responsible for ensuring work is completed safely, on schedule, and in accordance with project specifications and quality standards. The ideal candidate brings strong electrical construction expertise, exceptional leadership skills, and experience managing large-scale renewable energy or utility infrastructure projects. PERKS Competitive compensation package with a target salary range of $140,000-$180,000+ Career growth opportunities with a rapidly expanding organization Collaborative, safety-focused culture committed to employee success RESPONSIBILITIES Lead and supervise electrical construction activities for utility-scale solar projects from mobilization through completion Manage field crews, subcontractors, and daily site operations to ensure schedule and quality objectives are achieved Enforce safety standards, OSHA compliance, and company safety programs across all onsite activities Coordinate with project management, engineering, vendors, and stakeholders to resolve field issues and maintain project progress Monitor project schedules, manpower needs, productivity, and installation quality while providing regular reporting updates Support commissioning, inspections, punch list completion, and successful project turnover QUALIFICATIONS Demonstrated experience leading electrical construction projects in utility-scale solar, renewable energy, power generation, or related infrastructure environments Strong background supervising field personnel, subcontractors, and construction schedules Thorough knowledge of electrical systems, construction safety practices, and quality control procedures Proficiency with Microsoft Office and construction reporting toolsExceptional leadership, communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS Target compensation range of $140,000-$180,000+ , commensurate with experience Comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, and vision coverage Paid time off and company-recognized holidays Retirement savings opportunities Additional project-related benefits and travel details to be discussed during the interview process Scion Staffing, Inc. is an equal opportunity employer and service provider and does not discriminate based on race, religion, gender, gender identity, national origin, citizenship status, sexual orientation, disability, political affiliation or belief, or any other protected class.
