Job Overview A law firm seeks an Estate Planning and Probate Attorney for a busy practice in Norman, OK. This role offers the opportunity to manage cases independently and potential for partnership. The ideal candidate will have experience in estate planning, probate, or general civil litigation, along with strong interpersonal skills and a dedicated work ethic. Duties Develop comprehensive estate plans through client meetings, calls, and document drafting. Review estate plans and determine optimal strategies. Collaborate with the legal team to create business plans for clients. Assist with LLC formation and operating agreements. Represent clients in court for probate matters, including occasional litigation. Requirements Experience in estate planning, probate, or general civil litigation. Strong people skills and a passion for the field. Education Juris Doctor degree. Certifications Bar certification (required). Skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
