– Draw blood samples from patients of all ages, including pediatric and geriatric populations, following established procedures – Prepare specimens accurately for laboratory testing – Maintain a safe, professional, and welcoming environment for patients and staff – Record and document collection details with precision – Explain procedures to patients to foster trust and ease concerns – Follow safety guidelines and confidentiality protocols – Perform routine tasks independently while adhering to established standards – Maintain organizational records and documentation related to patient collections

– Strong phlebotomy skills with experience in pediatric and geriatric collections – Ability to work independently with minimal supervision – Excellent customer service skills in fast-paced environments – Proficient keyboard and data entry skills – Attention to detail and accuracy in specimen handling and documentation

– High school diploma or equivalent required; medical assistant or paramedic training preferred – Phlebotomy certification preferred (required in California, Nevada, and Washington) – Minimum of 6 months of relevant phlebotomy experience required; over 1 year preferred – Customer service experience in retail or service industries preferred – Flexible schedule, including weekends, holidays, on-call, and overtime, with availability Monday through Friday 7:30 am to 4:30 pm and rotating Saturdays – Ability to provide high-quality, error-free work in a fast-paced setting
