Plano Smile Studio is an established, solo-doctor private practice seeking a dedicated, team-oriented, and self-motivated Dental Hygienist. The office prioritizes quality over quantity, focusing on building lasting patient relationships in a supportive and drama-free environment.

- Dexis
- Eaglesoft
- Experienced Dental Hygienist (1+ years)
- Licensed dental hygienist
- Open Dental
- X-ray / Radiography Certification
License: Current Texas Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) license.
Experience: Open to entry-level candidates; team-oriented and self-motivated.
Software: Experience with Dentrix and Dexis dental software is preferred.
Clinical Skills: Proficiency in dental scaling, prophylaxis, X-rays (including panoramic), and patient education.
Job Description
Provide high-quality dental prophylaxis and scaling.
Conduct thorough new patient exams (allotted 2 hours).
Perform routine recare appointments (allotted 1 hour).
Capture and interpret dental X-rays (including panoramic).
Educate patients on oral hygiene and overall health goals.
Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
