Marine Technician (Engines) $33 - $42/hr DOE + Overtime + Full Benefits + Training + Progression Location: Stuart, Florida (Commutable from: Palm City, Port St. Lucie, Jensen Beach nearby) Are you a Marine technician with Engine experience, looking to join a well-established OEM, and progress into Lead & Senior Technician positions, as you work across a range of high-end leisure and commercial vessels. This company are well established in their industry, and carry a reputable name. They are committed to the development, and progression of their technical team through tailored training packages, and external course reimbursement. This is a hands‑on role where you will be responsible for diagnosing, servicing and repairing complex marine engine systems, working on everything from routine maintenance through to full engine rebuilds and troubleshooting faults on premium vessels. The company is expanding its technical capability and is looking to bring in a skilled mechanical technician who wants to deepen their expertise in modern marine propulsion systems and take on more responsibility as they grow within the business. You will be working closely with experienced engineers and will be supported with ongoing training specific to Volvo Penta systems and wider inboard engine platforms, with clear progression into senior and lead technician responsibilities.
