Pellitteri Waste Systems, Inc., has been a locally owned and operated company for over 70 years. We are searching for a positive and enthusiastic Bilingual Recruiter to join our team! This position primarily assists in Human Resources recruitment efforts and takes on the role to help continue bringing in qualified talent. We offer: Competitive weekly pay Paid time off Free and low-cost Health Insurance options , dental and vision insurance 401k plan, with a generous match of up to 4% Company 100% paid short term and long-term disability and life insurance Responsibilities: Full cycle recruitment efforts including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates Assist the recruitment team in building a strong pipeline of candidates in all divisions Meet with hiring managers on recruitment efforts for drivers, equipment operators, general laborers, sales, customer service, IT, etc. Follow up with candidates and managers to obtain feedback regarding the recruitment process Maintain accurate candidate records and recruiting activity in the ATS Use job boards, social media, referrals, community outreach, and other creative sourcing strategies to find candidates Assist in translating for Spanish only or ESL candidates/customers Qualifications: 1-3 years in a recruitment role preferred Experience in recruiting CDL holders, equipment operators, general laborers preferred Experience working in a high-volume staffing environment (We are growing fast!)
