Job Summary

Keeping VIP bar, Wells and Pop-up Bars and restaurant bars fully stocked at all times Preparing garnishes Refilling ice wells Replenishing the bar with glasses, toothpicks, napkins, coasters, ice cubes, etc. Restocking liquor bottles Changing beer kegs Restocking the bar for the following shift Putting away shipments of liquor and beer Tracking opening and closing inventory levels Other duties as assigned by management

Required Skills and Abilities

Must be 21 years of age A minimum of 1-year experience in a similar role Aptitude for multi-tasking and working in a fast paced environment Noise level in the work environment is moderate to loud Circulate throughout the assigned areas, including the smoking area, actively observing players and functioning of machines

Education and Experience

Must be able to obtain Kentucky Racing License.
