Health Unit Coordinator/Tele Tech

Essentia Health is seeking a Health Unit Coordinator/Tele Tech to support patient-centered care on our inpatient units. In this role, you will coordinate unit communication, manage admissions, discharges, and transfers, and accurately maintain electronic health records. You will monitor cardiac rhythms, promptly report changes to nursing staff, and support clinical teams with timely information and documentation. Working closely with nurses, providers, and other staff, you help ensure an organized, safe, and responsive care environment.
