About the Role

The Company is seeking a Chief Growth Officer (CGO) to join their executive leadership team. Candidates for the CGO position should have a minimum of 10 years' of executive leadership experience in business development, sales, marketing, or growth roles, with a strong preference for those with a background in food service management, hospitality, or contract services. The role demands a leader with exceptional relationship-building, negotiation, and influencing skills, as well as a proven track record in leading significant growth initiatives and market expansion efforts. A grounded, blue-collar executive with a hands-on approach, commercial acumen, and the ability to operate at both strategic and tactical levels is ideal. The CGO will be expected to have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, with an MBA or advanced degree being preferred, and must demonstrate a commitment to the company's mission, values, and culture.
