Sally Kim Farmers Insurance Agency is seeking a dependable, organized, and detail-oriented Part-Time Administrative Assistant to support our busy Service Department. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys administrative work, is highly organized, and takes pride in providing excellent customer support behind the scenes.
This is a great opportunity for someone looking to gain experience in the insurance industry while working in a professional and supportive office environment.
Responsibilities
Answer and direct inbound phone calls.
Provide administrative support to the Service Department.
Assist with general office tasks and customer service requests.
Support the team with day-to-day operations and other duties as needed.
Requirements
Must be a team player
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Detail-oriented and dependable.
Proficient with computers and basic office software.
Prior office or customer service experience is preferred.
Insurance experience is a plus but not required—we are happy to train the right person.
