Kai Kai is looking for a passionate Wok Chef who thrives in a fast-paced kitchen and takes pride in creating incredible food from scratch. If you love working the wok, value consistency, and want to be part of a team that cares about quality and hospitality, we want to meet you.
What You'll Do:
- Prepare fresh, made-from-scratch dishes using traditional wok techniques.
- Execute recipes with consistency, speed, and attention to detail.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and food-safe workstation.
- Assist with prep, inventory, and daily kitchen operations.
- Work collaboratively with the BOH and FOH teams to deliver an exceptional guest experience.
We're Looking For Someone Who:
- Has previous wok or high-volume line cook experience.
- Can multitask and perform under pressure.
- Is dependable, reliable, and punctual.
- Takes pride in quality and presentation.
- Is eager to learn and be cross-trained.
- Works well with diverse teams and has a positive attitude.
