About this job Job Description This role serves as the final department to handle products before they leave the facility, ensuring that all shipments are accurately prepared, documented, and loaded. The position involves operating industrial equipment, managing shipping and receiving processes, and performing computer-based data entry to support an efficient and safe logistics operation within a large automotive manufacturing environment. Pay: $19.50 Shift: 1st, 2nd, 3rd Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Bluffton, OH. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $19.50 - $20.50/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
