Replenishment Analyst

Job Summary:

The Replenishment Analyst works in partnership with our team in Florida to drive sales by balancing overseas product supply with highly optimized showroom displays. Focusing on baby, kids, and teen furniture, this role manages the end-to-end flow of goods from global vendors to our Distribution Centers (DCs). You will ensure that DC inventory ratios perfectly match customer demand across various colors, sizes, and styles. Locally, you will collaborate with Visual Merchandising and Showroom Managers to refine standardized planograms, maximizing the sales impact of every square foot of display space.

Responsibilities:

Overseas Supply & DC Inventory Balancing

• Global Product Flow: Manage the continuous flow of baby, kids, and teen furniture from overseas vendors to our Distribution Centers.
• Ratio Optimization: Analyze sales velocities to balance DC inventory ratios across complex product matrices, including colors, finishes, configurations, and sizes.
• Stock Health Maintenance: Track production and shipping timelines to prevent out-of-stock scenarios in the DCs, ensuring immediate customer order fulfillment.

Cross-Functional Operations

• Showroom Liaison: Serve as the main point of contact for Store Managers regarding upcoming floor sample shipments, stock availability, and SKU transitions.
• Vendor Operations tracking: Monitor overseas vendor compliance, production lead times, and container utilization to optimize intake schedules.

Qualifications:

• 1-3 years of experience in retail inventory planning, global supply chain, or merchandising operations. Experience in home furnishings or apparel matrices (size/color/style) is a plus.
• Advanced Excel proficiency (pivot tables, complex formulas) to model inventory ratios against sales velocity and rate-of-sale data.
• Ability to interpret visual merchandising guidelines, spatial floor plans, and planograms to optimize physical showroom layouts.
• Basic understanding of import logistics, overseas vendor lead times, and container-load planning.
• You possess a strong desire to learn, adapt quickly to shifting retail trends, and continuously seek ways to optimize inventory and display processes.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively, taking initiative to solve problems and implement solutions
• You thrive in a fast-paced environment and can successfully manage multiple visual and analytical projects simultaneously without losing attention to detail.
• Ability and willingness to travel regularly to physical storefronts both locally and within the broader region to audit displays and collaborate with store teams.
