The selected Software Engineering Associate Manager shall manage a team of highly skilled Software Engineers and Business Analyst to cover the following leadership roles and responsibilities:

- Team resource management

- Project roadmap development

- Continuously look at improving and maintaining our SDLC processes

- Project Planning

- Project Tasking

- Stakeholder communications

- Cybersecurity/Compliance planning and events coordination

- Software systems metrics
Basic Qualifications:
- Experience communicating with senior management

- Experience running software engineering projects

- Experience managing teams

- Experience managing projects and budgets

- Us Citizenship required. Must have the ability to obtain and maintain a secret clearance
Desired Skills:
- Experience with the FBM Program


- Experience with FBM Applications

- Experience as a software engineer

- Experience working with Navy customers

- BS Degree in a technical discipline preferred

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 9x80 every other Friday off
