Med Ninjas is seeking a travel nurse RN ED - Emergency Department for a travel nursing job in Lawton, Oklahoma. Job Description & Requirements Specialty: ED - Emergency Department Discipline: RN Start Date: ASAP Duration: 13 weeks 36 hours per week Shift: 12 hours, nights Employment Type: Travel Qualifications Required: · Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of Oklahoma (or compact license). · Current BLS, ACLS, and PALS certification. Preferred/Required within timeframe after hire: · TNCC and ENPC certifications (preferred). · Prior experience in Emergency Nursing, Critical Care, or high-acuity settings. Skills & Abilities · Strong critical thinking and rapid decision-making skills. · Ability to work effectively in a high-volume, fast-paced environment. · Excellent communication and teamwork ability. · Competency in trauma care, cardiac care, and stabilizing critically ill patients. · Ability to remain calm and focused during high-stress situations. Working Conditions · Fast-paced, high-acuity Emergency Department with 36 beds. · Frequent exposure to trauma and critical illness. · Requires standing, walking, lifting, and performing physical tasks throughout the shift. · Collaboration with a diverse healthcare team and EMS partners serving the Lawton community and surrounding areas.
