Schedule Full-Time(typically 40 hours per week) | 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM (based on operationalneeds) Occasionalovertime, weekends, and travel up to 25%, including overnight andout-of-state assignments What You’ll Do Key Responsibilities Leadand relay all company, project and installation-related information withteam members Provideleadership and actively participate in team meetings focused onoperations, planning and performance goals Prepare,maintain and manage documentation including Condition Reports, BOLs,Supply Lists, ADV Forms, Invoices and Matrix Sheets Tracklabor hours, tools and materials to support accurate job costing andinvoicing Tag,photograph, measure, inventory and consolidate items for secure storageand transportation Maintainthe cleanliness, organization and operational readiness of trucks,equipment and installation kits Safelyand effectively operate all required tools, equipment and machinery Train,mentor and cross-train team members on furniture and artwork handling,packing, moving, installation, safety and damage-prevention practices Ensureall client property is handled and transported according to companystandards and best practices Identify,troubleshoot and resolve challenges that arise during installations,relocations and packing projects Partnerwith internal and external stakeholders to develop effective solutions andresolve operational issues Adhereto safe driving practices and maintain compliance with driver safetystandards Reportdamages immediately and complete all required documentation within 24hours Developand continuously expand expertise in furniture and artwork handling,packing, installation, shipping, crating, storage and transportation Contributeto knowledge sharing and collaboration across departments to supportorganizational success Additional Duties Adhereto company dress code and always maintain a professional appearance Demonstrateprofessionalism and patience with clients Usetime, materials, and resources efficiently & perform other duties asassigned What We Are Looking For Qualifications Highschool diploma or GED required 2–3years of commercial driving experience operating 16- to 26-foot straighttrucks Familiaritywith fine art transportation and climate-controlled vehicles Experiencein moving, packing, delivery, installation, or a related field Previouscustomer service experience preferred ValidDriver's license with current proof of insurance required Additional Skills & Attributes Cleanand acceptable MVR (Motor Vehicle Record) Abilityto read, understand, and interpret documents Effectiveverbal and written communication skills Strongproblem-solving skills and the ability to make sound decisionsindependently Abilityto walk, bend, crouch, climb stairs, lift up to 100 lbs., and safelyhandle materials, equipment and tools with visual and manual precision What You Can Expect Exposureto moving mechanical parts, hazardous materials and equipment Riskof electrical shock from use of powered tools Moderateto high noise levels in warehouse and operational settings Travelbetween client locations, warehouses, and storage sites as needed #J-18808-Ljbffr The Staff Pad
