Locums providers request shifts here because of the unique balance of high acuity and low volumes! - Level IV trauma center - Stroke-ready ED with 9 patient rooms, 2 trauma bays & 24/7 rad/stroke/and psy services - 12 hours of PA coverage daily and a balance of busy vs. light volumes reduces burnout - The ED team help each other out when personal life events happen. - FT, PT, & Block scheduling options - 35 days paid PTO - Premium for night and extra shifts - 3 extra shifts/month = annual compensation > 90% of all ED physicians - 45k sign on bonus; 15k relocation - Resident stipend - 9% employer contribution to your 401k! - 7500 CME - PSLF eligible and HPSA facility - Just 35 minutes to LaCrosse, WI and 45 minutes to Rochester, this southeastern city is located in one of the warmest parts of the state and situated on one of the most beautiful lakes in Minnesota. - Affordable housing market.
