Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Civil Inspector based in Cameron, LA. The Civil Inspector will conduct site inspections, ensure quality control across all project phases, and oversee construction activities to adhere to industry standards and regulatory requirements. Responsibilities include monitoring work progress, assessing materials and workmanship, and ensuring compliance with safety and quality specifications. Collaboration with project teams and contractors will be critical to achieving project objectives. Qualifications Experience in Site Inspections, Inspection, and Quality Control Knowledge of Asphalt operations and processes Background in Construction Management and overseeing construction projects Strong understanding of safety and compliance standards in civil construction Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with diverse teams Proficiency with documentation and reporting related to inspection and quality processes Experience in civil or concrete construction is a plus High school diploma or equivalent required; an associate’s or bachelor’s degree in construction management or civil engineering is preferred #J-18808-Ljbffr Baker Construction
