Travel Surgical Technologist – Neuro / Thoracic Location Atlanta, Georgia Weekly Pay $1,400 – $1,500 Weekly Gross Contract Length 13 Weeks Shift 12 Hour Day Shifts Schedule: 2 Shifts: 6:45 AM – 7:15 PM 2 Shifts: 10:45 AM – 7:15 PM Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Surgical Technologist for a travel assignment at a leading surgical unit in Atlanta, GA. The ideal candidate will have recent Neuro and Thoracic surgical experience and be comfortable working in a high-volume operating room environment supporting multiple surgical specialties. Responsibilities Prepare and maintain sterile surgical environments for operative procedures Assist surgeons during Neuro, Thoracic, Orthopedic, General, and Urology procedures Handle surgical instruments, supplies, and sterile equipment during operations Ensure compliance with sterile technique, infection prevention, and patient safety standards Assist with surgical counts, room setup, and turnover procedures Collaborate with surgeons, nurses, anesthesia providers, and OR staff to support efficient surgical workflow Maintain accurate documentation and support daily operating room activities Requirements Minimum 2 years of recent Surgical Technologist experience required Recent Neuro and Thoracic experience REQUIRED AHA BLS Certification required Cerner experience preferred Strong experience in fast-paced surgical environments preferred Benefits Competitive weekly compensation Referral Bonus, Loyalty Bonus Tax-free stipends (if eligible) Medical, Dental, Vision benefits Dedicated recruiter and credentialing support We are committed to open and honest communication and to providing resources to help healthcare professionals achieve their goals.
