Develop and nurture strong customer relationships to maximize retention and drive growth.

Conduct thorough policy reviews and provide expert recommendations tailored to customer needs.

Manage and resolve complex customer issues with professionalism and efficiency.

Leverage your in-depth knowledge of insurance products to confidently recommend, explain, and sell policies to both cold and warm leads.

Ability to work across product lines and assist customers with their life, health, and financial needs.

Collaborate with agency departments to ensure seamless service and customer satisfaction.

Current Property & Casualty, Life, and Health insurance licenses.

Current or recent experience with a State Farm agency.

Strong management and leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team.

Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding production goals.

Comprehensive understanding of and strict adherence to compliance guidelines.

Demonstrated ability to drive agency growth through strategic sales and customer engagement.

About Our Agency

We help customers with their insurance and financial services needs, including Auto Insurance, Home Insurance, Life Insurance, Retirement Planning, Business Insurance, Crop Insurance, College Planning, Health Insurance, and Renters Insurance.

Our office is located in Georgetown Kentucky.

Our office is open 830 am until 5PM and by appointment.

I have been a State Farm agent since 1999.

Before becoming a State Farm Agent, I was previously employed as a State Farm Employee.

We have 90 years of combined insurance experience in our office.
