Site Reliability Engineer

Salary: $90,000 - 130,000 per year Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics, Industrial Automation, or a related discipline.
• 5–7 years of practical experience in warehouse automation, industrial control systems, or a similar Site Reliability/Systems Engineering position.
• Strong command of PLC programming, SCADA/MES environments, and robotics integration.
• Proficiency in Python, SQL, and industrial diagnostic and configuration software.
• Experience with API testing tools such as Postman and industrial communication protocols.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics, network layouts, and sensor configurations.
• Familiarity with an automation ecosystem similar to ours is a strong advantage.
• Experience with vision systems, barcode readers, and advanced sensor calibration.
• Exposure to historian dashboards, predictive maintenance practices, and fleet logistics.
• Strong troubleshooting ability and a structured approach to reliability and performance improvement.

• Configure and optimize workflows in our proprietary Warehouse Execution System to manage task allocation and equipment coordination.
• Deploy and calibrate control systems for shuttles, conveyors, and cranes.
• Use our custom PLC libraries and code templates across major industrial automation platforms.
• Develop, debug, and standardize logic for motor control, diagnostics, fault handling, and alarms.
• Build and maintain data exchange configurations between PLCs and SCADA/MES/cloud platforms.
• Test and validate real-time API calls to ensure smooth communication across WES, WMS, and edge devices.
• Operate our Fleet Management System to set robot routes, mission logic, obstacle handling, and battery settings.
• Calibrate barcode scanners and safety devices using vision and engineering tools.
• Use our service portal to log breakdowns, perform root cause analysis, and monitor MTBF/MTTR.
• Access and troubleshoot live systems remotely using VPN, diagnostic scripts, and SSH tools.
• Run proprietary Python and SQL data acquisition scripts to support predictive analytics and historian systems.
• Carry out operational and performance validation using digital IQ/OQ/PQ forms aligned to customer KPIs.
• Contribute to internal SOPs and e-learning materials, and help train engineers on standard processes and tools.

We are seeking a highly skilled Site Reliability Engineer with hands-on experience in warehouse automation, industrial control systems, and system integration.
