Key Qualifications:

• Active Occupational Therapist (OT) certification in New Hampshire is required
• Previous experience working with school-aged children, particularly at the elementary level
• Understanding of both pull-out and push-in therapy models in educational settings
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for effective collaboration with students, teachers, and families
• Creative, adaptable, and passionate about fostering student growth

Primary Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct, individualized OT sessions for a charter school student: two 30-minute pull-out sessions and one 30-minute push-in session weekly (morning hours available before elementary school starts)
• Serve an elementary school caseload, tailoring interventions and strategies to student needs
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and support staff to promote accessibility and inclusion
• Develop and implement effective treatment plans aligned with students' IEPs and learning goals
• Maintain thorough, accurate documentation in compliance with school and district standards
• Engage in regular progress monitoring and communicate results with families and school personnel
