Physician (Gynecology)

We are seeking a Medical Doctor (MD) to join our established, gynecology-only practice in the Phoenix metro area. Provide comprehensive outpatient gynecologic care to patients across the lifespan Independently evaluate, diagnose, and manage routine and complex gynecologic conditions Perform office-based gynecologic procedures consistent with training and experience Collaborate with Nurse Practitioners, Physician Assistants, and clinical staff within a team-based care model Provide clinical guidance and escalation support to APPs as needed Participate in care planning for surgical or complex gynecologic cases Ensure high standards of clinical quality, patient safety, and evidence-based care Maintain accurate, timely, and thorough medical documentation in the electronic medical record (EMR) Communicate effectively with patients, families, and care teams to support informed decision‑making Coordinate referrals and collaborate with specialists as clinically indicated Participate in clinical meetings, peer collaboration, and quality improvement initiatives Support and uphold established clinical protocols, workflows, and practice standards Maintain active licensure, board certification, DEA registration, and continuing medical education Adhere to all regulatory, compliance, and patient privacy requirements Requirements Medical Doctor (MD) Completion of an ACGME-accredited GYN residency Board-Certified or Board-Eligible in Gynecology Active Arizona medical license (or ability to obtain) Active DEA license (or ability to obtain) Demonstrated experience in outpatient gynecologic care Ability to independently diagnose and manage routine and complex gynecologic conditions Experience performing office-based gynecologic procedures appropriate to training Commitment to evidence-based medicine and high clinical standards Strong communication, professionalism, and collaborative teamwork skills Willingness to collaborate with and support APPs within a team-based care model Commitment to maintaining licensure, board certification, and continuing medical education Adherence to all clinical policies, regulatory requirements, and patient privacy standards (HIPAA) #J-18808-Ljbffr
