Facility:
This 140-bed medical facility features a closed ICU model and serves as part of a comprehensive regional healthcare network that includes 25 clinics and 5 hospitals. The facility maintains a strong, collegial team atmosphere with excellent specialty support and 24/7 intensivist coverage.

Opportunity:
Physician - Hospitalist

Job Details:
• Provide daytime hospitalist services managing an average of 14-17 patients per hospitalist
• Work within a strong, collegial team atmosphere with 20 full-time hospitalists and NP support
• No procedures required - focus on comprehensive inpatient medical care
• Access to specialty and 24/7 intensivist support for complex cases
• 7/7 on & off scheduling with flexible shifts and scheduling options available
• Board certified/board eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine with hospital-based care experience required
• Mentorship opportunities available for physicians new to hospitalist medicine
• Must demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills and strong team orientation
