Restaurant Assistant General Manager

We're looking for leaders with previous Fast Casual or Casual Dining experience who want to grow their career with our locally owned franchise.

We want for you to have:

• Passion for the business and compassion for people.
• Outstanding leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to recruit, develop and motivate team members.
• Flexibility.
• Must be able to create fun in a fast-paced environment.
• Typically works under general supervision and reports to an GM.
• 3 to 5 years of current AGM experience
• Proven ability to select and train Hourly Team Members
• Proven track record of guest driven focus
• Commitment: 50 hours per week
• The ability to prove you are eligible to work in the US
