Wealth Desk Associate

The Wealth Desk Associate - US, will manage an assigned portfolio of Insigneo clients to cultivate and maintain strong, long-term relationships. This role is responsible for providing trade execution and investment advice in a timely and accurate manner.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES/MAIN FUNCTIONS

Provide exceptional customer service by promptly responding to client requests and inquiries. Conduct regular reviews of client portfolios to make appropriate investment recommendations based on client profile. Execute client trade orders accurately and efficiently. Ensure accurate documentation of client information by contacting clients and updating records as needed. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements for suitability and appropriateness. Monitor global market trends and economic conditions to identify investment opportunities and ensure sound risk management for client portfolios. Maintain a comprehensive understanding of the full platform of products and strategies available at Insigneo that may be offered to clients. Adhere to all Insigneo policies and ensure compliance with industry regulations.

JOB REQUIREMENTS (EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE)

Bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance, or related field. Minimum of three (3) years of work-related experience. FINRA Series SIE, 7, and 66 (or 63 and 65) required. Experience working with the NetX360 platform. Experience offering investment advice. Experience working with end clients. Bilingual in English and Spanish. Insurance license(s) are a plus. Client service focus with the ability to respond to requests in a timely manner. Comfortable in a sales role developing relationships with prospects and clients. Knowledge of investment products and the markets. Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy. Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and prioritizing skills. Good verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills. Ability to work independently while knowing when to leverage team resources as necessary. #J-18808-Ljbffr Insigneo
