Penn State Health Medical Group Family Practice Colonial Park is seeking a Medical Office Associate (MOA) to join their team! This office is situated off Colonial Road in Harrisburg and houses internal medicine, family practice, and a Walk-in lab. The Family Practice Colonial Park office sees an average of 100 patients a day and operates thoroughly on a weekday schedule.

The hired MOA will be expected to check patients in and out of appointments, schedule patients for follow-up visits, collect patient co-pays and balances, as well as handle insurance verification. The MOA will also be handling incoming/outgoing phone calls, faxes, and other asynchronous duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualification(s): High School Diploma or equivalent required.
