Staffing Coordinator

Staffing CoordinatorMaple Crest Health Center is hiring a Staffing Coordinator at a starting wage of $24.00/hr. This is a full-time, Monday through Friday day-shift position responsible for keeping our nursing department fully and appropriately staffed.Responsibilities:Build and maintain the nursing department's master schedule, including holiday rotationsFill open shifts by contacting staff directly, using a fair call rotation to limit overtimeCoordinate with staffing agencies to cover gaps and verify agency invoices for accuracyReview applications and schedule interviews for CNA candidatesTrack attendance, PTO requests, and timeclock correctionsRespond to on-call staffing needs after hours as coverage issues ariseQualifications:High school diploma or GEDAbility to read, write, and speak English clearlyMust be at least 18 years oldAbility to remain organized and composed in a fast-paced environment with frequent interruptionsPreferred, not required:Prior scheduling experience in a long-term care or healthcare settingCNA certificationFamiliarity with Microsoft Office and scheduling softwareCompensation and Benefits: Starting wage of $24.00/hr Eligible for full company benefitsSchedule: Full-time, day shift.
