Requirements

• Dentrix
• Licensed dental hygienist

Licensure: Must be a Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) in the state of California.
Certification: Active Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification is required.
Software Skills: Proficiency in Dentrix is highly desired.
Experience Level: Open to all experience levels—we welcome the energy of new graduates and the wisdom of seasoned professionals alike.

Job Description

Clinical Excellence: Deliver thorough, compassionate prophylactic and periodontal treatments while educating patients on long-term oral health.
Precision Documentation: Maintain meticulous electronic health records and patient charts in accordance with practice protocols and HIPAA standards.
Workflow Optimization: Manage your operatory and patient flow efficiently to ensure a seamless, stress-free experience for the patient.
Continuous Improvement: Actively participate in quality-led initiatives and team huddles to refine our practice operations and patient outcomes.
